The entire OST is by Shoji Meguro, well known for other Atlus titles such as Persona 3(and all it’s versions) and 4, as well as Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha.

Reach Out To The Truth Of My House, a remix of the normal battle music from Persona 4, apparently remixed by the original artist: Shoji Meguro. Persona ~Another Memory~ was a small remix album released October 21st 2008 with this, and two other songs from the anime Persona: Trinity Soul. I’d love to know more about it.
