From the game Catherine, by Atlus. Never played or watched someone else play the game yet, but from the name Stage, I can only assume it’s played during some sort of…. Stage… 

The entire OST is by Shoji Meguro, well known for other Atlus titles such as Persona 3(and all it’s versions) and 4, as well as Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha.
